How to use the sauna
The electric Finnish outdoor sauna can be a particularly relaxing experience. Recharge your batteries and relax at the same time. It is equipped with a large panoramic window so that you can see the Danube and the Visegrad mountains while sweating.
The basic rules for using the sauna - read carefully
Sauna door. When using the sauna, make sure that the sauna door is always closed behind you. When you are not using the sauna, lock the chain and padlock.
Hygiene: Make sure that you do not sit or lie naked on the wood. Place the sauna towel or towel on the wood in such a way that your whole body fits on it so that your body does not come into direct contact with the wood.
Leave your slippers outside the sauna, near the door.

Pouring water: The air in the sauna cabin dries out during the heating process, so water should be poured onto the heated stones to achieve the correct humidity in the sauna. Always pour fresh water onto the sauna stones and only add oil to the water to be poured, according to the specified amount. It is the responsibility of each person to carry out the infusion.
Please note that the water immediately turns into hot steam when it is poured on. Therefore, pour from the side and only use the wooden spoon provided for pouring. Never pour water from a bucket onto the sauna stones. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any liability for damage caused by improper use.
Heat and steam affect everyone differently - find the temperature and humidity that suits you best.
Temperature. For sauna beginners, but also for everyone else, we recommend staying in the sauna for as long as your body feels comfortable, but not for hours, just breathing fresh air.

How to use the sauna

Switching the oven on
Turn the timer switch to the right to the “A” (heating) area (Figure 2, area A, 0-4 hours). The oven starts heating immediately and the timer starts counting down.
Timer (time-controlled switch-on)
Set the timer switch to area “B” (time control) (Figure 2, area B, 0-8 hour interval). The stove starts to heat when the timer slowly returns the switch to the “A” range. The stove then remains switched on for about four hours.
If, for example, you go for a three-hour walk and then want to go to the sauna, set the timer switch to “Preset” to the number 2.
The timer is started. After two hours, the heater starts to heat up. As it takes about an hour for the sauna to heat up, it will be ready for use in about three hours when you return from your walk.
Switching off the heater
When the timer sets the switch back to zero, the heater switches off. You can switch the stove off at any time by setting the timer switch back to zero.
Switch the heater off after a sauna session! Sometimes it is advisable to leave the heater switched on for a while so that the wooden elements of the sauna can dry out properly.
CAUTION: Always make sure that the heater is switched off and no longer heats after the timer has been set to zero!
Setting the temperature
The thermostat (Figure 3) is used to maintain the temperature in the sauna cabin at the desired level. Find the setting that suits you best. First, set the maximum position. If the temperature rises too high during the sauna, turn the switch slightly counter-clockwise. Remember that even a slight shift in the maximum range will change the sauna temperature significantly.
Pouring water on the heated stones, using organic sauna oils
Put 1-2 litres of water in the bucket and if you feel it is necessary, pour 2-3 spoonfuls onto the heated sauna stones. Wait to see how this raises the humidity, see what works best for you.
If you fancy something special, try one of the organic sauna oils stocked in the spa. Drizzle about 1-4 drops of oil into 1 litre of infusion water and mix in the bucket (don't drip the oil directly onto the heated stones!). Find out what the ideal intensity is.
Sauna light
The sauna cabin can be pleasantly illuminated by LED lights under the bench, the colour and intensity of which you can control with a remote control panel.

WARNING! The maximum volume of the pouring spoon is 0.2 litres. If too much water is splashed on the stones, only part of it will evaporate and the remainder may splash onto the sauna bathers in the form of boiling water. Never splash water on the stones if there are other people near the stove, as the hot steam can burn their skin!
WARNING! Water to be splashed on heated stones must meet the requirements for clean household water.
